Introduction

The Australian Salaried Medical Officers’ Federation (NSW Branch) (Union) represents the industrial interests of medical professionals in NSW. This includes Staff Specialists, Clinical Academics, Career Medical Officers, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, primarily working in the NSW Health Service. The Union collects personal information to provide industrial advice, support, representation, and negotiations for members.

The Union complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

The Union will respond to complaints within 30 days.
